The Social Committee plans and coordinates events throughout the year that help bring us together as a community. The purpose of these gatherings is to promote a sense of community and pride in our neighborhood among residents. We encourage all homeowners to attend.
The Social Committee also welcomes new homeowners into their home. While the bylaws may spell out the documents and information to be given to a new owner, the Social Committee will take the time to give new owners a more personal welcome with a packet of information.
