In the event of snowfall, all vehicles that are not in garages should be parked off of the Property so that snowplowing can be completed.
The homeowner whose car is parked outside is responsible for any snow removal that cannot be accomplished when the adjacent parking areas are plowed or maintained. This snow cleanup must be done immediately. This also includes vehicles belonging to guests of homeowners.
All driveways and parking spaces shall be cleared of snow following a snow fall of 1.5" or more.
