EEA offers the timeless architectural design with 35 town homes that are sculptured amidst mature landscaping and nestled in a private area of northwest Bloomington.  Each town home is crafted with exquisite attention to every detail, was built and placed to maximize your privacy with individual entrances, and hideaway patio courtyards.  No inside living walls are connected.
Unlike other associations, Eldorado homeowners own the land lot the home sits on (the parcel beneath the unit) and the entire structure (walls, roof, windows etc.) inside and out.  Eldorado is a self managed association and offers a community pool and tennis court.  

EEA is located near Normandale Lake and Highland Park area which offer biking, downhill and cross country skiing, Richardson Nature Center and Hyland Play Center (Shoots & Ladders).
