Molly & KC are in charge of the lawn care, snow removal and the irrigation system which consists of 18 zones and approximately 293 sprinkler heads. The irrigation systems is set up on two watering systems. A and B. The water timing schedule is currently set up to start at 3am in order to complete before 7-8am.
Important: The irrigation system doesn't include the rock areas around the homes. Homeowners are encouraged to water plants in these areas. |
