If you are planning to repair, replace, install, or make changes to anything around the exterior of your unit, please complete the attached Architect Form before beginning the work.
Please complete the required Wall/Unit Consent Form if you plan to attach, mount, or secure anything to an exterior wall that is part of or connected to another unit.
This helps the HOA make sure proposed work is appropriate, does not affect common areas or neighboring units, and avoids any misunderstandings about responsibility or future maintenance.
