Eldorado is a unique town home design. No living units are attached, however patios in most homes do have a wall(s) that belong to their neighbors outside unit. Therefore, if anything is attached/affixed to your neighbors wall/unit (outdoor lights, sun shades, etc. attached to deck, brick or fascia), a 'Wall/Unit Consent' Form must be completed and signed by both parties. A copy is to be given to the Secretary for Eldorado records.
