SECTION 8 – RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF PROPERTY Pg 14
8.11 Alterations. No alterations (as defined in Section 9 Architectural Standards), including but not limited to changes in trees, shrubs and outdoor landscaping, shall be made, or caused or allowed to be made, in any part of the Common Elements, or in any part of a Unit which affects the Common Elements or another Unit or which is visible from the exterior of the Unit, without the prior written authorization of the Board as provided in Section 9.
